What are your plans after this film or what's going on now?

Perez: Well, right now…I did a film in New York this summer. I was there for like three months. I wrote it and it's called 'El Hijo del carnicero/The Butcher's Son'. It deals with corruption in third world countries. It's totally in Spanish and Dominican but we shot some scenes in New York and there's sort of like a Spanglish thing. It's about corruption. That's the bottom line. I wrote it. Four years into it raised the money and a friend of mine shot it and I produced it with him. I think it was an amazing film. I think it's the best film that I've ever done in my life and hopefully we'll kind of hit the festivals with it. We're editing it as we speak. We shot it on the Red camera. It's really a long process, an amazing process. October 15th I was going to start on a film with Will Ferrell, a big Hollywood Disney type film and because of the economy and because of where we stand with this whole strike, we're in limbo with the strike, it's been delayed until next year. So there's no dates.

Well on IMDB there is a date: 15 October 2009.
